A third-person survivor-roguelite where sixteen deeply unqualified heroes bonk their way through a cursed, open-map castle. You steer. Your weapon swings on its own. The horde only gets worse.

minute four, on the Gallows Road. the Gaoler came early.
Hey, thanks for stopping by.
Gone Bonking is a survivors game where you actually get to move. Jump, slide downhill to pick up speed, launch off a ramp over the whole horde. Your weapon swings on its own, so your hands are free for that.
Then there are the heroes. A night janitor whose wet floor sends skeletons sliding into each other. An uncle who crits more the drunker he gets. A birthday clown who floats off on a balloon when it all goes wrong. Sixteen of them so far.
It isn't finished. It changes every week, and some weeks the changes break things. If that sounds like your kind of fun, get on the list for the next playtest and tell me what broke.

What a run looks like
You steer and the weapon swings itself. You run, jump, slide, pick upgrades you'll regret, and try to outlast a horde that gets meaner every minute.
the starting four
A cast of deeply unqualified heroes
A budget superhero with a rope. An uncle with a bottle. A janitor still finishing his shift. Each has their own weapon, a mechanic that changes how fights go, a movement trick, and one real weakness to play around.
Chain-Saw Weights. yes, really
Your build shows up on your hero
Upgrades change how your hero looks and how their attacks move, not just the numbers. Pick up Fire Bolt and Rope Boy's rope catches fire. Take Chain-Saw Weights and, well, you can guess.
drag to rip it open
Level-ups come in booster packs
Every level-up is a pack you tear open yourself: drag to rip it, or hold Space if you're busy not dying. Reroll, banish or skip the hand, and roughly one pack in 250 hides a collector card for your binder.
the house usually wins
Every chest is a slot machine
Feed the Bonk-a-Million, pull the lever, hope for a jackpot. Don't like the prize? Reroll it: fifty-fifty you get something new, otherwise the machine blows up.
tap M for the map
An open map, and it's cursed
A dead forest, a plague village, a lake with lights you shouldn't follow, crypts under all of it. Every run starts at a different camp in the woods. Find the Blood Seals, light the torches and fight your way into the keep.
Bring friends
Two to four of you, online. One hosts, the rest join with a code. If you go down, a friend stands in your ring and drags you back up.
the cast so far
Choose your disaster
Four of them are ready from the start. The other twelve work the night shift, and you unlock them by playing.
Keys rattle, chains swing, and his lantern is the only soft spot he's got. Beat him and the walls open.
Warden of the lychgate
The Gatehound
Three heads, one collar, no patience. The other way into the keep goes through him.
Lord of the keep
The Rat King
Everything in the castle answers to him. He waits in the burning cavern behind the Demon Gate. Beat him and walk through the portal: the keep rebuilds itself around you, nastier than before.
